Articulate Storyline 360 Publish Issue and course getting stuck

Hi,

I am facing an issue with storyline publish. sometimes, the courses get published to review online, but does not run properly while I view it in the review mode. It randomly gets stuck in between interactivities. Even courses that were working fine till about 2 months back, are getting stuck when I republish now. Is there any issue with the current version of articulate Storyline. Any help is appreciated as my courseis due to go live in Jan and I cannot release it until this issue is resolved.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue viewing your courses in Review 360. I see you have a related case open and connected with my teammate, Lianne. You're in great hands! If you're able to share one of the files with us in your support case, we'll be happy to investigate further! We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
