Articulate Publish to Word
My team is not able to use the Publish to Word functionality - it does not produce a file and if it is tried again the program freezes. Is this a known issue?

Hi, Cindy.
Thank you for reaching out!
It sounds like you're experiencing some erratic behavior when attempting to publish your project to Word. Let me ask you a few questions to help you troubleshoot the issue:
- Which version of Microsoft Office do you have installed?
- Are you working from a local hard drive? We don't recommend working with files on a network drive.
- Have you attempted to repair Storyline 360? Here are the instructions.

Hi,
We are utilizing a Mac, so have a virtual desktop installed to run
Articulate. We installed Word in the Virtual desktop and were able to
create the Word document successfully. Thanks for following up!

Hi, Cindy.
That's great to hear! Yes, the Office apps must be installed in your Windows environment.
I just wanted to add a quick note: it looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove it by clicking ‘Edit’ below your response. Here’s a quick Peek 360 video if you need help.
