Vimeo video not showing up in Reach 360
Hello, I have an embedded Vimeo in my Rise 360 course. It shows up fine in Rise 360 (and Review). However, when I publish the course in Reach and try to view it, I get an error message stating, " To play your video here, change its privacy settings so it can be embedded on: cdn.embedly.com"
My embed privacy setting on Vimeo is set to "Specific Domains" with the following allowed domains: cdn.embedly.com, rise.articulate.com, articulateusercontent.com.
I have allowed the cdn.embedly.com domain that it asked for, why am I still unable to see the video in Reach?
If I change the Vimeo privacy setting to allow it to be embedded "Anywhere" it works fine, but i'm not comfortable with that setting.
Thank you.

Greetings - I am running into this issue as well (in Review, not in Reach). I updated the Vimeo settings to include cdn.embedly.com, rise.articulate.com, and articulateusercontent.com, but the video still isn't appearing in Review. Can you share the solution here?
Hello TSwenson85,
Happy to help!
To ensure that all Articulate 360 services work properly, please have your IT team add all the endpoints listed in this article to your organization's network allowlist. If adding all the endpoints doesn't fix the issue, open a case with our support team here so we can investigate the problem.
Let us know how it goes!

Thank you for your quick response JoseTansengco - I was able to get the videos to appear in Review by adding 'articulateusercontent.com' to the list of acceptable embed domains in Vimeo 👍
