Assessment is not moving to next block in Rise/ question banks taking long time to insert or not at all.

Hello 

I am experiencing a couple of issues around assessments and question banks. 

1. When adding a question bank to Rise, it take a long time and sometimes doesn't add, meaning the course says "Draw 6 questions from *blank*. 

2. One of my assessments is not moving to the next block after completion. 

I have 2 assessments within the module, the first is working fine, the second, when you reach 100%, just says try again without the next lesson/continue button coming on the screen. 

I have added pics of the results screen and settings below. 

Would be grateful for help with this or to know if there is an issue with Rise.

    Just to further this along, I inserted a question bank into my module yesterday and today when checking the bank has disappeared, however the bank is still showing as inserted. See image below:

    Hello Kirsty,

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this nag. 

    I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience: 

    • Have you tested the behavior in a different browser to see if doing so fixes the issue?
    • How did you test your course? Did you publish to web, LMS, or Review 360?
    • Do you have a lesson or any block placed after your quiz?

    Alternatively, would you be willing to share a copy of your Rise 360 by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at the behavior your reported?
