Attestation at the end of each scene

You could use a pick one survey question and send via a results slide that only marks completed questions, that would send all the information to the LMS

I did do this. The challenge there is that if the learner wants to come back into the course to complete another module, the survey has already been answered and it will not track their new module. (unless I am missing something!)
Without an LRS then it will be difficult. I eve the user hits the results slide (especially for survey data) it is unlikely that any further data would be sent. You could try and see.
