Audio Mute / Unmute Ctrl Alt M

For some reason, I cannot enter Ctrl+Alt+M in the title above.  Regardless...

Our elearning assets are loaded in Cornerstone.  When checked for accessibility, Ctrl+Alt+M would only work on the current page; the user had to apply Ctrl+Alt+M on every page, as there is audio on every page.  It toggles on and off as designed in Review 360.

Any guidance as to the issue?  Anyone have this occur in Cornerstone before?
