Audio not transferring along with copied slides into small lesson

While there is currently no option available that would allow you to edit both audio files and animations simultaneously to keep their timing in sync, I'd love to know more about your situation. 

• Are you trying to break down a large audio file into smaller pieces, or are you trying to copy and paste sections of a large audio file into other slides?
• What type of animations does your slide have?  

One suggestion is to import your PowerPoint file into Storyline 360. In Storyline 360, you'll be able to edit your audio files while also having access to the timeline, which will allow you to fine tune any existing animations that were carried over from the import.
