Audio only when importing .mov file

I have a problem when importing a pre-recorded video. We are making a movie and I am trying to import a .mov file using Replay 360 and it only imports audio. What am I doing wrong ? Is Replay...

I'm happy to help! I've just tested this on my end, importing a .mov file into Replay 360. I see both the audio and video appear. Where did you record the .mov? Does the .mov file work as expected when it's outside of Replay 360?
