Audio restarts on videos

Hello,

I'm building a medical tutorial that has 4 videos on each slide (4 separate layers) and audio (one file) that plays throughout. Each video provides a different angle of the same procedure and ideally the user can watch the procedure, listen to the audio and click among the videos for that step with each click picking up where the last one left off and the audio playing continuously. However, the audio and video both restart on click. 

A) is this possible for the learner to click any video at any point for that particular slide and not only go to that video/layer but for the audio to continue from where the student left off?
B) We've looked into cuing time but that's too specific and not what we want. We want the student to click any of the videos at any point and pick up where they left off. Thanks in advance
