I'm happy to share that we have released a new update for Storyline 360 (Build 3.79.30834.0).
In this update, we have an enhancement where:
- Background audio is now supported in the published video output.
As a first step, I recommend updating Storyline 360 to the latest version. Here's how:

I have to agree with Gerry. Almost 4 years and 220 replies, not to mention countless hours trying to get it to work. As IDs, we are competing for the attention of people who walk around with a pocket-sized world of entertainment at their fingertips. If we can become more interesting by playing a tune through an entire (and it's gotta be short) item of training, I'll take the chance. Please Articulate, add this feature already.
