base layer objects not showing on layers
I have a course where the base layer objects are not showing on other layers. I have the setting "Hide objects on the base layer" unchecked and the objects are all visible according to the timeline...

The most common cause for that is that the layers have a solid background fill. As Phil said, that could be on the Master Feedback layout or on layer itself.
Another possibility is that the base isn't "locked" for viewing.
