Big Files for SCORM/Can't Import to Docebo
I am incredibly grateful for all of the pre-built content in the platform. We're experiencing some issues because the file sizes of the exported SCORM files might exceed what we are able to upload to our LMS (Docebo).
Has anybody had this issue and figured out a way a workaround for this? The only thing I can think of is to duplicate the courses in Rise, break it into two parts and upload both files into one course.
Other smaller course files import without issue.

Hi Amy,
Every LMS has a maximum size for SCORM uploads.
Find out what the size limit is for your LMS, and edit/split your Rise courses to stay below that limit.

Just curious, why are the courses so large? Is it just a lot of large uncompressed videos or?
Hi there, Paul. The courses that include video in several lessons will definitely be larger in size - the bulk of it comes from the video sizes.
For now, I'd agree with Karl's recommendation to split the content up, or to even test removing some of the video content.
