Blank screen on media-heavy course

Our customers have been experiencing a stange problem with one of our courses. There are many movie clips inside the course so it is media-heavy.
The problem they are experiencing is that some end users say that the movies abruptly stops or they are replaced with a white screen. If they exit the course and then opens it up again, the movies progress alittlebit further before going blank or stops again. Other users are not experiencing this problem at all.
I was thinking it might be browser related but the users have tested several different browsers and the problem insists. Also, the users have cleared their cache as well. And of course, I cannot replicate the problem myself...
The course is published as HTML5 format and we put in on our LMS (Moodle).
Does anyone have any idea what causes this issue? Could it be related to the LMS?
