Blank Visuals in Rise
In both Rise and Review 360, when I view my courses I am working on many lessons including the spacers, some images, text and an interaction lesson are now blank. There is still a placeholder for all of these things but they are just white and the I can no longer see the item that was originally there.
Any advice for how to restore all these lessons would be greatly appraciated!

Hi StephEiden​! Would you be able to share the Review360 link? Or, if there's confidential information, make a copy, replace the text with lorem ipsum filler, and share that version? I'm just curious if this is just happening for you or for everyone 🤔
Hello JenLynnRusso​ Luckily yesterday morning the visuals started working again, however several of the pictures are fuzzy or pixelated. I can't share that link here though because the pictures are company pictures.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the playback of your Rise 360 course!
I'm glad to hear the media elements are loading again, but the blurry and pixelated content shouldn't be happening. When Rise shows blank placeholders, it's often caused by browser cache corruption or network hiccups while assets are loading from Articulate servers. The fact that everything went blank, then started working again, strongly points to this being a browser cache issue.
Have you already tried clearing your browser's cache or using an incognito window to bypass extensions and cache?
