Block Template Insert Issues
I've been getting an increasing number of issues with 'Block Templates' in Rise. When I try to insert a saved template it just shows the 'Inserting template...' message - forever! I've had this a few days in a row now. Is it a cloud server issue? Please fix!

Had this issue again late PM yesterday....seems to happen PM not AM (I'm in UK). Is that down to server load?

I also experienced this. But I believe its a bandwidth issue since this usually only happens in the office and not at home.

We didn't observe any recent outages that could have affected the availability of the Block Template feature in Rise 360. If the issue is intermittent for you, or if the feature only works when connected to an unrestricted network, please reach out to your IT team so they can check if the following endpoints are added to the network's allowlist:
