Has the blurred screens issue been resolved?
As I work on a project, I am currently making print screens based on the precise dimensions of my project screen (using Snagit). After importing screens from PowerPoint to Articulate, they lose quality and appear distorted. I found that the same issue persists when the screens are saved as PNGs.
Where can I find a solution to my problem?

If I understand correctly, your process is:
Have you attempted a few different methods, such as importing the ppt file or inserting the SnagIt screenshots directly into Storyline?

I found a few discussions specific to using SnagIt with Storyline, but they don't mention Powerpoint as an intermediate application. Here is one example.
