Blurred zoom region
Hi,
I made a "zoom region" on my slide for the learner see a close-up view of a portion of a document. But when it zoom, my document get's blurred !
The document is in high quality and the problem doesn't exist with the "picture zoom" (but it's not what i want).
Do you have any ideas for helping me ? Thanks !

Hi Michael,
I'm sorry to hear you're running into this as well! We don't have any updates to share on a fix for this yet, as it is still in the early stages of review based on our How We Tackle Bugs article.
To help you plan, it's unlikely to be fixed in the next couple of updates, but we'll be sure to jump back in here with any news to share.
Hi all!
I am jumping into this discussion to share that we just released Storyline 360 (Build 3.63.27628.0) which includes the fix for the bug where images were blurry if they were in a Zoom Region. Now all you need to do is update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app! If you have additional questions, don't hesitate to reach out in this discussion or in a support case.- ST_01Community Member
I still see blurred resolution with a zoom region. anyone else?
Hi S T,
Thanks for reaching out!
I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing blurred resolution with a zoom region. I want to ask you a few questions to begin troubleshooting:
- Are you working from your local drive? Working from a network drive can cause erratic behavior.
- Is this issue isolated to one project or image?
- Does the image appear blurry in preview or only when published?
If you feel comfortable, you can share your project with us here, or privately through a support case so we can investigate this! We will delete it from our systems when troubleshooting is complete.

Hi, S T.
I'm happy the images look fine after publishing your project! This is expected, as the update we released in Build 3.63.27628.0 focused on how Storyline 360 handles images in the published output.
Let us know if you have additional questions!
