blurry toolbar, ribbon..text

Hi

I'using storyline360 but I always see everything blurred. I use windows 10 and the definition of DPI is correct. Any other app works fine and has nothing nuanced. 

Please, can you help me?

    • Is this issue only happening with Storyline or other apps on your computer?
    • Have you tried setting your scaling to 100%?
