Update: NONE of the other fonts work for Ubuntu Sans. ExtraBold, Bold, Semibold, etc.

    Storyline web player don't support "variable fonts" - you have to install the static version of the font

      Hello, I am having the same exact issue with my module. We use Ubuntu Sans for everything. I can't find where to download the static version of the fonts? Can anyone help?

        you can find  on google fonts the full font package (zip)

        https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Ubuntu+Sans

        2 x variable fonts (not compatible with storyline)

        in folder 'static'

        16 x Ubuntu Sans
        16 x Ubuntu Sans Condensed
        16 x Ubuntu Sans Semi Condensed

        this are the typical 4 base fonts:

         - UbuntuSans-Regular.ttf
         - UbuntuSans-Italic.ttf
         - UbuntuSans-Bold.ttf
         - UbuntuSans-BoldItalic.ttf

         

        Important: uninstall the existing Ubuntu variable fonts before installing the static version

        Windows 11: Settings > Personalisation > Fonts > Ubuntu Sans
