Bookmark feature failing in RISE 360
Why does the Bookmark feature sometimes not work in RISE 360. As a learner too, I have had to redo courses from the beginning since it does not resume from where I left off, is it a problem with the LMS or RISE tool
Hi Leena! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the resume function in your LMS. To narrow things down, I would suggest testing your course in SCORM Cloud. SCORM Cloud is very reliable for LMS testing and uses industry standards.
If it works in SCORM Cloud, but not in your LMS, please contact your LMS admin and they will be able to assist you with this. If it also has trouble resuming in SCORM Cloud, we'd be more than happy to test it on our side! You can share the SCORM file with us privately by clicking here.
