Bookmark not working (when using Player Style Classic)
When the learner exits the course without completing and attempts to resume the course, the course will not load. Learners receive the following message with a spinning icon without the ability to click "Yes" or "No."
I have replicated this issue and taken the following troubleshooting steps:
- Cleared cache and restarted browser (Chrome and Edge) - no success
- Incognito mode (Chrome and Edge) - no success
- Changed course to open in new window (Chrome) - no success
- Changed course to open in full screen window (Chrome) - no success
- Entering then exiting full screen mode (Chrome) - success
• Adjusting the zoom (Chrome) – success
Hi Sandeep,
Thanks for reaching out!
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue when attempting to resume a course. If you're comfortable sharing your file with us, I'd be happy to test it on my end. You can upload it here or privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

Does anyone know which update this was introduced in? I have not taken updates in awhile and I am not currently experiencing this issue, but others on my team are. I am currently using version 3.65.

Hi Sandeep, Jurgen, and Jeremy!
I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 72, we’ve included important fixes and new features.
One of the fixes we’ve included is:
Learners couldn't resume courses using the classic player unless they maximized the window before clicking the resume option.
To take advantage of this update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let me know if you need additional help!
