Hi Brenton!
Sorry to hear you've also been affected by this behavior!
Reviewing Gilles' case, their issue was resolved by updating Storyline 360 to the current version. If you're still running into trouble after updating your Storyline 360 installation, please connect with our support engineers through a support case.
They'd be happy to continue troubleshooting with you!

Hi everyone,
I came across the same problem and after a lot of troubleshooting this is what I found:
- Publishing to the web means the course will open in a browser and you cannot force full screen by default. You'll need to have the user choose full screen mode for viewing comfort.
- To get rid of the browser bar you need to KEEP the Storyline PLAYER in a minimal form and toggle "full screen" mode on. When the user clicks on the full screen icon it will make the browser bar disappear.
- Consider resizing your story to fit all available space (e.g. 2:1 ratio). You'll need to test to see what works best.
This was not obvious to me as I'm a beginner user of Storyline. So just leaving this here for all those who are struggling with the same problem :)
