Bug with audios in the last version of Storyline 360

I'm so sorry to hear that you're still experiencing audio playback issues in Storyline.
I completely understand how disruptive overlapping audio can be, especially when you’re trying to deliver reliable content to both internal teams and your learners. I noticed that you had previously been working with my colleague Wilbert through a support case.
Since some time has passed since we've heard back from you, I'd like to reconnect you with our senior support agents. I've opened a new case so they can continue to work with you directly on this issue.

Hi Steven, thank you very much for reaching out. We are in touch with Wilbert and are ready to make another attempt to resolve the issue. Recent posts on the E-Learning Heroes forum suggest that we are by no means the only ones experiencing this problem.
