Built in font substitution Inter in Rise. Why??
Wondering why custom theme (customer branding) fonts are substituted for Inter in some Rise blocks like the process block? I'm told it's Articulate's UI font - but it's not what the customer ordered... Shouldn't the User get the Interface font they want?

Hello JenniferClarke,
I understand you've noticed a change in font when editing a Process Block in Rise 360. We've updated the font in our authoring experience to work better across platforms. The change only affects how things look while you're editing; it does not impact what learners see.

Thanks for the info (though the link above goes to the German site...) I'm assuming what you mean is the learner will see the custom theme font?
Hello JenniferClarke,
I'm happy to help! You might need to check that your language settings are set to English. You'll find this setting in the bottom left corner of the webpage.
That's correct! This update only affects the authoring experience. Your learners will see the custom theme font as expected.
Have a great start to your week!

Jennifer, you may notice that certain 'UI' fonts will disregard the custom fonts you've specified. In the 'Rise' theme, the cover page TOC and sidebar menu/TOC always use the font Lato, even if I've specified other fonts for heading/body. I debug and show you the code to fix this here- https://youtu.be/MbLjv4mkuA8
