Buttons showing as Button Stack not single?
I have a course I was just editing with a few updates and all my buttons that have interactive directions are all showing at a button stack..NOT a single button...however the single button option is...

Can you try selecting from Button to Button Stack? Then click on Edit and select the additional stacks, you should be able to remove them after this (as shown in an example below):
