Can I slow down the audio voice selected in Storyline 360?
Hi, everyone!
I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 83, we've included important fixes and new features!
One of the new features we've included:
- Unlock new possibilities for text-to-speech audio. Use speech synthesis markup language (SSML) to adjust the speaking rate, modify pronunciation, emphasize words, add pauses, and more.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let me know if you need additional help!
Hi everyone!
This is currently being worked on! I don't have an ETA on when this will be shipped but I'll be sure to update this thread when it's ready to go. Thank you all for advocating for this feature.

Lauren,
We are getting ready to make a decision on investing in the WellSaid AI text to voice product and would like to know what might be changing in the near future in Storyline in regards to text to voice changes. Can you provide an update??

Hi Lauren,
While you may not have all the details, could you provide a general scope? And also, is this projected for sometime this year? First or second half? Thanks!

Here hoping for an update too! I just discovered the text to speech when I upgraded and LOVE it - the voices are pretty darn good. But I'm getting so much feedback that it's too fast.

Any updates on this?! Love the simplicity of the tool in Storyline360, but would love the ability to slow the voice down.
