Can we update the name shown in the "Created by" on a review screen
This is along the same lines as the concerns about the Review screen being branded as Articulate. I rely on a third party to do most of my Articulate production work. When they send a link for me to pass along to my clients, it says "Created by (the developer at my third party)". I would really like to have my organization's name appear there instead.
My third party suggested I buy another license for them to use with my name on it. I am sure the Articulate folks love that idea. Me ... not so much.
Is the license owner's name editable to enable my third party to change the "Created by ..." to my company's name?
Thanks. Party on, Wayne.

Hi, Tim!
It sounds like you may have your own Articulate 360 account? If so, an easy fix is to have the third party share the project file with you. Then you publish it to Articulate Review.
The "created by" name will always show the name of the party who publishes it to Articulate Review.
Let me know if that solves it for you.

Thanks, Ashley. I prefer to have them do all of the production/publishing,
but your idea would solve the problem.Tim

Ashley, I need to change the name on "Created By" to our corporate name and not the name of an individual. How do I do that?
Hi Denise,
That name is pulled from your Articulate ID, so I know a few folks have changed the name in their ID to match the company name.

Can you give me the URL to go to to call up my "Edit ID" screen?

Hi Denise,
Looks like you may have already done it! Also, just a note: Replying via email will include your signature. You can edit out your contact information from your post if you'd like!

Hi Ashley, I'm having a similar issue. I was given a file created by a different developer, and his name shows up in the 'Created by' field in Review, even though I'm publishing from my account.
Can you point me in the right direction?
Thanks,
Robert
Hey Robert!
It sounds like you may be logged in to two different accounts here. Let's try this:
- Log out of 360.articulate.com, and log back in with your Articulate ID.
- Log out of the desktop app, and log back in using the same Articulate ID.
- Republish the content to Articulate Review.
After following those steps, does your name appear in the 'Created by' field?

Hi Alyssa,
I know we can update the "created by"name by changing account profiles.
I am wondering if there is a way to hide the "created by" name.. Thanks!
- RobertMilton-e3Community Member
Hi Alyssa - that did the trick - thanks! Even though both accounts were signed in under my name, I was republishing to an earlier file.
I can't migrate the comments to my new version, but once those are resolved, I can republish under my own name.
Thanks again,
Robert
Yay! 🎉 I'm glad that was helpful. Thanks for letting me know, Robert!
Hi Wei! There isn't a way to hide the "created by" name in Articulate Review, but that would make a great feature request! Thanks for letting us know what you'd like to see.
