cannot install Articulate 360 desktop app
Hi,
Since several days now, I can't install Articulate 360 on my company laptop. Setup stuck on "Installing" and do nothing
Already try the solutions from Support but still block all the time. I got some error ( error 80072efd,...) but I make ALL the system updates, install Visual Studio x64 and x86 but still failed to install
Does someone can help on that case please ?

any update, please? still have the same problem while trying to update not to install it, it is already installed but i cannot open a file with svg

Looks like the behavior you're encountering is different from the one reported in this thread. Can you share a screenshot of the error message that you're getting so we can better address your concern? Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can test it too?
