Cannot Login - Tried it all

I also ran into the same issue. I fixed it by making microsoft edge my default browser. Previously, I was using ARC and it just wouldn't redirect.

    Hi Crystal,

    I just wanted to share that the ARC Browser is currently not a browser that's supported by Articulate 360. For the best experience when authoring and viewing courses, we recommend using any of the browsers listed here instead.
