ChatGPT agent can't Login?

I'm trying to test the new ChatGPT agents functionality in Rise and I can't get them to Login despite providing my Login credentials. Is this being blocked on purpose?

    I'd like to gain a better understanding of what you're hoping to achieve before recommending next steps.

    • Can you please clarify which site you're unable to log in to?
      • Are you able to log in to 360.articulate.com using your credentials?
    • Alternatively, are you trying to log in to ChatGPT from within Rise 360?

    It'd be helpful to see a screenshot or screen recording of the issue. If you're receiving an error message, please include that messaging as well! If you're more comfortable sharing these files privately, you're welcome to submit a support case. We'll delete all files once troubleshooting is complete!
