Can't edit Layer Properties

I seem to be having issues accessing the "properties" under layers. It used to work just fine but know when I try to open that to make edits to a layer nothing opens up. I've tried right cli...

Could it be that the Slide Layer Properties window was dragged offscreen at one point? Simply closing Storyline 3 and reopening should bring that window back.
If that doesn't work, try a doing a quick repair on Storyline 3. Let me know if that solves it!
