Litmos LMS
Hi all,
If anyone is using both Litmos LMS & Articulate products (Rise & SL), I'd love to connect.
I've found several issues that have been identified in many threads here, but no solutions.
I'd love to start a group of Litmos LMS & SL users who might be interested in some best practice meetings.
Identified issues due to Litmos LMS
- Course completion of 100% but 0% score
- No reporting options seem to work. Many attempts & threads on this in the e-learning community. This is the main issue I'd like to discuss with other Litmos LMS admin.

Hi Liz. I understand your post is 8 months old, but thought I would reply in case you never found an answer. I am a Litmos user and reached out to them about this issue in the past. If you have your courses set to pass or fail on completion (such as a trigger) the Litmos score will always say 0%. The only way to change this is to set within your publish settings a score.
I've quizzed Litmos on this several times as many eLearning programs simply use pass/fail - and advised them that it is confusing to learners. Like many of their responses to issues raised, the answer is 'thats just how it works'.

No solution found! This is still an ongoing issue!
Could you explain more the " The only way to change this is to set within your publish settings a score"? We use Articulate Rise for most courses.
