Litmos LMS

Hi Liz. I understand your post is 8 months old, but thought I would reply in case you never found an answer. I am a Litmos user and reached out to them about this issue in the past. If you have your courses set to pass or fail on completion (such as a trigger) the Litmos score will always say 0%. The only way to change this is to set within your publish settings a score. 

I've quizzed Litmos on this several times as many eLearning programs simply use pass/fail - and advised them that it is confusing to learners. Like many of their responses to issues raised, the answer is 'thats just how it works'.
