Can't log in to the desktop app with free trial
Hello! So, as the title says, i'm unable to log into the desktop app. It says "No subscription You need a subscription to Articulate 360 to sign in" even though i have just started a free trial.
I tried clearing my browser's cache, restarting my laptop and waiting for half an hour before trying again but it didn't solve the issue.
I'm kind of in a rush since i need this for class tomorrow (i'm a student) so please help me out :,)
