Since this is an LMS-specific inquiry, I'd recommend checking with the support team of Canvas LMS to see if their rollover process includes all of the files in your Rise 360 course's published output. Additionally, you'll want to verify with them that nothing changes in the published output when the rollover process starts to ensure that your course works as expected when the procedure completes.
