Hi Tiffany, It looks like your email signature came across in your response. You can edit your reply to remove that.
One more question for you: are you hosting these courses in an LMS or on a website?
Good afternoon,
The courses, modules, and micro learnings will be hosted on a LMS. We utilize the Rockstar platform.

Our LMS allows us to create a completely custom course completion certificate template, by choosing the logo, font, colors, fields to include, etc.
This certificate template is then populated with the date, student name, course name, whenever a student completes a course.
Does Rockstar not have the same functionality?

Good morning!
Rockstar does not have this functionality. our department utilizes the Rockstar platform to manage content, create learning and career pathway training for employees, and to generate reporting outcomes for both optional and required employee/learner training.
Currently, Storyline 360 and Rise 360 are used to create training content that is then uploaded to the Rockstar platform. As such, completion certificates were created in Storyline 360 and Rise 360. I am inquiring as to how a Lectora certificate can be used as a
universal certificate so that when a learner completes a training that was created using either Storyline 360 or Rise 360, a certificate is created to denote their completion instead of a certificate having to be created for each and every course or training module.
We have run test using a Lectora certificate in a training created using Articulate. It was successful. Now, we need to know how to take that certificate and use it for all of training content when a learner completes a course or module.

Hi Tiffany, I found this thread where you received some additional information. Did using a web object work for you?

Thanks for your patience as I work to understand your situation better! I wasn't familiar with how Rockstar works with certificates, but I found some information online.
As Karl mentioned, many LMSs offer the option to generate a certificate. However, Rockstar doesn't seem to have that option in the LMS itself.
You mentioned using a Lectora certificate in a course. Was that a course created in Lectora? As far as I know, a Lectora template won't work in Rise or Storyline. You can make a certificate in Storyline 360 (here's an example), which can be used in a Rise 360 course via a Storyline block. However, having something that automatically pulls in data would require using JavaScript to get that information from your LMS.
