Change colour

Hi,

Our company colour scheme is set to red and I want to keep it that way.

But when outlining corrects answers in a quiz and looking at progress menu on the left hand, people get confused by the red colour. And I agree, I know is posible to change this in the css file. Can someone help me out here? :)
