Characters in Rise Scenarios

I work in the health care industry. Majority of our patients are in the 60+ age range. I love that there are many characters to chose from in the scenarios and the scenarios really help our staff put what they have learned into practice, but there just isn't enough characters in the 60+ age range to choose from in scenarios. I hate that I have to keep rotating between the same 4 people they have already seen. When you look at the other age groups to choose from there are enough characters to need to scroll to see them all. Is there a way we can get more elderly characters added?

    I agree that having more elderly characters available in Content Library 360 will help authors create more inclusive courses. I’ll be happy to pass your thoughts on to our product team, but you can also feel free to detail them more through a feature request!
