Clicking Player button opens Error Report

Hello all, So every single time I click the Player button I get the Error Report message. I've uninstalled articulate, restated my computer and installed it again. To no avail.  I should note th...

You may want to consider a repair to your software.

Updated flash and storyline 360 and all works now. Thx.
