Yes, it certainly does! Here's how to import captions for audio inside markers in Storyline 360: 

1. Insert an audio file in a marker

2. To add closed captions to marker audio, right-click the marker and select Accessibility from the context menu. Alternatively, you can find the accessibility options here:
