Closed captioning for videos uploaded to Review 360
I'm wondering if the feature to add closed captions to videos uploaded to Review 360 will be added soon. When I go to the available dropdown menu, it doesn't provide any options to add closed captions. I would like to give reviewers the option to watch videos with or without subtitles.

While adding Closed Captions to uploaded videos in Review 360 isn't possible, one alternative that you can do is to use Storyline 360 to add captions to your video file before publishing to Review 360.
The result would be a video with captions available through Storyline 360's Player.
While this can be a helpful workaround, it's not really helpful in cases where our content will be in video format only and not loaded into Storyline or Rise. We often use a video hosting platform for standalone videos and it wold be helpful to finalize captions in Review 360 before they get loaded into the video hosting platform.
