Closed Captions in Exported Video File
Hi, everyone!
I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 73, we’ve included important fixes and new features!
One new feature we’ve included:
Boost video accessibility by including closed captions when publishing projects as MP4 video files.
To take advantage of this update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let me know if you need additional help!
I just published a single slide as a video, but the cc are still not displaying. Is there a specific setting to make them appear?
Hi Deanna,
Happy to help!
Closed Captioning isn't automatically generated so you'll need to add them manually yourself. If you've already added your Closed Caption files, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a look at why your closed captions aren't displaying properly. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
