Closed captions not showing in RISE
Hi, I've added the .vtt file to a video in RISE but the closed captions aren't showing when I select to turn them on. I've tried switching on in edit and preview mode, both neither work. Any ideas?
I am facing the same issue, close captions display properly in Preview and Review mode but NOT after publishing the file.
