How can we add a collaborator in Rise 360. As per article (https://community.articulate.com/articles/10-ways-to-collaborate-on-e-learning-projects-and-manage-your-team) tried but there is no such tab with the name of the collaborator. Request to provide help on this.

The Collaboration function is under the SHARE tab.
Take note that Collaboration is only available if both you and the person you want to add have Articulate 360 Teams type accounts.

Why the option comes and goes?
Also, why the collaborator cannot see Feedback comments boxes?
