Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Are you able to replicate the behavior when you publish your course to web or Review 360?
- Are you able to replicate the behavior in a different LMS, such as SCORM Cloud?
- Have you tried importing your slides over to a new project file?
Additionally, if you are able to replicate the behavior in a different environment, would you be willing to upload a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can check what's happening? We'll delete it as soon as we're done troubleshooting.

Yes when I publish it to the review area I get the same result. I've not tried Scorm cloud or importing the slides into a new project file. Thanks for the suggestions. Happy to share the assessment file so you can take a look.
