I also have a question regarding comments in Review 360 for a Rise course:
- During development, we switched the course owner. The original owner is now a "manager," and another team member (the new owner) published the course to Review 360.
- Later, the original owner (as manager) republished the course to Review 360.
If a course switches owners or another team member from the same organization/account republishes it, will comments from previous versions still be accessible? If so, where can they be found?
Additionally, does switching the course owner or having different team members publish updates impact the availability of comments?

Hi KLGiangarra,
Thanks for reaching out!
When a new owner publishes this course to Review 360, the comments will not transfer to that newly published version of the course.
One workaround is to gather comments and export them for your reference. Here's how:
- Ask the original owner to navigate to their Review 360 link to the course.
- In the top right corner, they will click the three dots and select Export comments.
- Use the Comment Order drop-down list to choose how to organize comments in your report.
- Choose a file format from the Export Format drop-down list—either CSV or PDF.
- Click Export, then choose where you want to save your report.
I hope this helps!
