Compatible Screen Reader
Hi,
Is anyone able to recommend a free screen reader that is compatible with content published via Storyline 360 (not Rise)?
I was under the impression that NVDA (https://www.nvaccess.org/download/) would work, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to.
I've attached a sample of the Storyline file in question if this helps.
Kind regards,
Will

I rarely but sometimes stumble into situations where NVDA only recognizes "main landmark" and "blank"; but it can usually be resolved with shutting NVDA off and relaunching the course. I have not been able to replicate the situation in order to report any issues (and I've also had this issue with Adobe PDFs). Generally, I have no issue using NVDA to screen-read/navigate the course or other materials. I recommend giving it another go. Don't forget to use the arrows to navigate, not just "tab".

How are you reviewing, in preview, on review, on your website?

Unfortunately, I get the same result in all of these environments:
- Preview mode within Storyline
- Via Review 360
- SCORM Cloud (https://app.cloud.scorm.com/)
- Our LMS (which is Totara based)

What are the problems you are seeing? NVDA should work.

It just doesn't seem to recognise any of the text or images and only responds with things like "main landmark" and "blank".
