Completion Issues with Rise 360 eLearning
We have launched a new information security awareness course for all our employees (approx 900) it is hosted on our Totara LMS platform.
We are getting, fairly regularly though not in great numbers...

I would look to see if there's a similarity in the courses that are not being marked as completed, especially what block is at the end of a lesson. For example, if there's a continue block at the bottom of a lesson it will move the learner onto the next lesson. But if you're ending with a text block or something where the learner may not scroll all the way, they may try using the sidebar instead, and not getting to the end of each lesson. Try creating a dummy course that uses a continue button with "complete all blocks above" at the end of each lesson. They'll need to do all interactions to unlock that button and then it should move them forward.
