Content Completion improved in Succes Factor

- It applies to SCORM2004 package configurations
- The two existing parameters (completionSetByContent and objectiveSetByContent) are usually set to "false" automatically - so if you want them to be "true," you have to dig for them in the XML manifest file.
- If these parameters are set to "false," there may be course completion issues that arise because of how SuccessFactors processes these two variables. (Go ask your SAP sales support team about that if you want more details.)
- As a workaround, SAP has now added "contentCommunicatesCompletion" as a new variable. By setting this variable to "true," you put the workaround into effect.
So if your users are seeing flaky behavior or can't seem to complete a course, and you have to publish in SCORM2004, then set that variable to "true." Otherwise, I'd leave it as "false" (the default setting) and see whether there are any more (or any) issues with reporting course completions after leaving in the middle of the course or whatever.
