Content Library not loading.
I am unable to download photos and illustrations from content library.
I get the following error

I would start with the tips shared in this conversation, which will lead you to your IT Team first:
Ask your network admin to open port 443 and add the domains in this article to your organization's allowlist for your Articulate 360 apps to work properly.

Same issue here - it was working fine earlier today and now it's not. :(

Sorry to hear you're running into this as well! Our status page isn't showing any current outages. I recommend reviewing what Leslie mentioned above, and if you're still running into this issue after a while, connect with our team!

I am experiencing the exact same issue. We have all of the endpoints update but still can not see images. Please advise.

I just started a new job and have been there for a little over a week now. I have yet to see any images in my content library within Storyline or Rise. I had help desk check access and my computer settings and everything seems to be correct. Is anyone else still having issues with this as I know this is an old conversation?

We are currently running into this issue and am curious if the roll back to and earlier editions is still the fix in 2021. Their is also a difference that we get a partial list of pictures then about half way down the pictures appear to be stripped out. Thank you for your help in advance all!

Just caught up and see network end points list is the current solutions. Will pass this along to our IT department and see if that solves the problem.

Larry updating the end points did absolutely nothing for us. We still have the issue.

This has become more and more of an issue for me. especially because for compliance and efficiency, we are asked to store files in a cloud on not on our desktop.
This is not an issue for Camtasia and BrainShark. So, i've started using them more.
